- Quality Standards
The fan has designed according to AMCA design procedure. The products are produced within very control procedure following ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001.
- Fan Type
Wall Mounted Axial Exhaust Fan shall be of direct drive type and powered by external rotor motor, the fan mounting plate shall be constructed of heavy gauge steel and formed seamlessly in one whole piece with the inlet cone for optimal fan performance and efficiency. The design safety factor of brackets and the mounting plate shall be at least 35% more than the standard required for the motor model. The fan shall undergo vibration testing before leaving the factory.
- Motor
The external rotor motor shall be used. It shall be of the permanent capacitor type and shall include permanently sealed self-lubricating ball bearings The thermal overload protection that can be automatically reset shall be available for continuous running duty. Motor service factor shall be able to ensure long-term motor running under even the maximum load conditions.
- Safety Guard
Additional safety guard is provided for extra protection from materials to enter inside the blades.
- Surface Processing
The fan mounting plate, screen, blades and motor shall be treated with electrophoresis process and the color is black by default.
- Nameplate
A permanently fixed aluminum nameplate shall clearly display the fan number, product model and serial number (a unique ID for each fan) so that the parts used can be traceable by customers.
